The Minnesota Alliance on Crime hosts Healing Justice, a national non-profit that uses restorative justice to provide healing to individuals and families that have been harmed by wrongful convictions. They will discuss the impact of these new sentencing laws on victims, and how a victim’s needs should be at the forefront when an unexpected early release occurs.
