Becca Muskat, Executive Director

Becca Muskat joins MAC from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), where she worked in the Family Advocacy Division training mental health professionals and other service organizations on best practices for working with minors and their families who were involved with NCMEC.

Jessi McKinnon, Operations Director
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Jessi has years of experience with nonprofit and operations management, working with small to medium sized nonprofits as a staff member, consultant, and board member. In 2024, she won the Excellence in Emerging Leadership Award from Minnesota Alliance for Volunteer Advancement (MAVA).

Gretchen Weinrich, Post Conviction Advocacy Manager
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Gretchen Weinrich has been working with victims of crime for the last 10 years – first with the Pennington County Attorney’s Office in Northwestern Minnesota and more recently with Cornerstone Advocacy Services in the General Crime Victim Services program.  Gretchen’s focus is on empowering crime victims through information and community support
