Bobbi Holtberg, Executive Director
Bobbi has over 20 years of experience working in the anti-violence movement as an advocate for crime victims, as well as developing and providing training to victim advocates, law enforcement, and other criminal justice system professionals. Bobbi has been a leader in facilitating conversations regarding the disparity in responses to crime victims across the state of Minnesota to effect change in statewide public policy.
Danielle Kluz, Program Director – Communications & Engagement
Danielle has worked in the anti-violence field since 2001, strengthening local and statewide organizations in Minnesota through communications, public awareness, media advocacy, event planning, fundraising, policy development, training and technical assistance, program management, and primary prevention.
Amee Krogfus, Program Director – Operations
Amee has provided advocacy for general crime and domestic violence victims for more than 17 years, and has extensive administrative and finance experience. Amee also has a deep understanding of the role of a crime victim service coalition and serving the needs of member programs.
Julia Tindell, Program Director – Training & Special Projects
Julia comes to MAC from the anti-human trafficking movement, with extensive experience in volunteer management, program development, training, communications, and event planning.
Otis Alexander, Chief Morale Officer
Otis is new to the world of crime victim services but he’s very enthusiastic. He enjoys chasing his stuffed lamb, cuddling, napping in various offices, and making everyone’s day bright.
