Wellness Workshop: Navigating Stress and Creating a Plan for Wellness
In many ways, we have internalized the belief that our value and worth are tied directly toour productivity and what we can do for others. To combat the association of self-carewith privilege, we must be intentional in our practice as we journey toward wellness.This course helps participants understand the distinctions between chronic and acutestress and burnout, identify contributing symptoms, and recognize the impact of stress onoverall wellness. We will navigate through the seven domains of self-care and create amanageable plan to increase wellness and prevent burnout in the workplace to foster ahealthy work-life balance.
Participants will:

- Explore the seven domains of self-care
- Develop a personalized wellness plan
