The Minnesota Alliance on Crime host State Representative Kelly Moller and reform advocate Toni Cater to discuss the new reforms that have changed the felony murder laws regarding aiding and abetting. Rep. Moller helped to write the new laws and will take attendees through the changes, when they go into effect, and the reasoning behind the changes. Toni Cater will discuss her daughter’s case as well as others that spurred the push for reform. Discussion includes ways to provide nuanced notification to victims affected by these changes.
