Description: In this final applied workshop, participants will build on all four occupational identity (OI) management skills to create a personal change map and learn where it is most critical to refine their OI management practices. Additionally, participants will apply what they uncover in their change map to enhance the tools in their personal Wellbeing Guide. Through a variety of exercises, participants will walk away with ideas and practices that will support their ongoing OI management work across their career spans.
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify a personal immunity to change in OI management;
- Strengthen adaptability skills through 60 minutes of applied practice;
- Develop new areas of ongoing OI management to build career sustainability.
