Description:  Not sure how to name or stick with a work-related boundary? Want to build your emotional literacy skills for Occupational Identity (OI) management? This workshop is for you! In this applied workshop, participants will dig deeply into increasing their emotional literacy skills to identify their most important boundaries and habits for long-term career sustainability. Through individual and group exercises, we will help set the stage for naming your needs, identifying where your emotions or personal connections run high, and working together to ensure a healthy relationship with your work.

Learning Outcomes:

    • Identify current knowledge levels of emotional literacy OI management skills;
    • Strengthen emotional literacy skills through 45 minutes of applied practice;
    • Select 2-3 new boundaries, paired habits, and supports needed.
