Description: In the 2nd of 4 webinars focused on developing the core skills of healthy occupational identity (OI) management for victim services professionals, we will define and address what emotional literacy at work means, a few common pitfalls, and strategies to build your emotional literacy skills for better OI management. Participants can expect to learn more about how the mission-driven environment of victim services can numb or escalate our emotional responses and some practical information on how to respond to our feelings in a way that promotes career sustainability. Plan to walk away with new idea to build stronger emotional literacy skills for occupational health.
