Description: In the 3rd of 4 webinars focused on developing the core skills of healthy occupational identity (OI) management for victim services professionals, we will define and refine the skill of accountability in healthy OI management. Through this webinar, we will spend time reviewing common pitfalls and some strategies to respond to the times when we struggle to own what is ours and release what is not ours. Participants will learn how to connect accountability skills to the roots of strong OI management and find new ways to balance their sense of self and activism with their occupations.
Learning Outcomes:
- Define and apply the skill of accountability in mission-driven work
- Name how accountability influences our occupational identity connections and explore common pitfalls
- Select new strategies to practice accountability skill development for OI management
