Description: Most victim services professionals will suffer from chronic work stress during their careers but often feel they cannot acknowledge their feelings. This culture of silent suffering and fear of judgment makes the risk of burnout inevitable. Join this 4th and final webinar to understand how using adaptability and the other three skills of healthy occupational identity management to name and address chronic work stress and burnout. Participants will learn about the three types of wellbeing practices needed in direct services and connect the four OI skills to actions to find many paths to career sustainability.

Learning Outcomes:

    • Define and apply the skill of adaptability in mission-driven work;
    • Name and share a common language of chronic stress, burnout, and wellbeing for career sustainability;
    • Apply the three types of wellbeing practices to a personal wellbeing guide.
